Dubois-Natural Esters Sdn Bhd (DNE) is a joint venture on esters production between Natural Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd and Stearinerie Dubois Fils (France) at 55% and 45% respectively.

The esters plant was set up in 1997 with a total output of 5000 MT per annum and in 2003 the production capacity was increased to 7000 MT per annum. The company’s decision to set up an esters plant was in line with the increasing global demand for cosmetics and skin care products.
